Our documents are presented to the highest standard. Our standard trust package includes a bound copy of the deed. A PDF copy of the deed will be sent as soon as it is created.
We also offer a PDF only service for a reduced fee.
We provide a service to stamp signed trust deeds for an additional fee. Stamping can be done onsite for those in the Sydney CBD.
We provide a service to correct errors with trust deeds through a deed of rectification or other appropriate method. We are happy to assess a deed free of charge and provide a quote for the required work. The cost for a standard deed of rectification is outlined in or fees.
